Reinvention at 53: From classrooms to clickable solutions, Brigitte built a whole new chapter.
Meet Brigitte Lima
Francophile. Chocolate lover. Sea-side stroller.
At 53, Brigitte had nearly three decades of experience teaching French. Born in France and fluent in creativity, she always had a passion for designing educational resources. Already a co-author of a French textbook for Porto Editora, she joined Descodifica-te, looking not for a new career, but a new way to create.
"When the Descodifica-te program was announced, I didn’t hesitate for a second to sign up. And I’m so glad I did! I was lucky to be selected and through this course, I learned two fundamental things: entering the no-code world is a must to help boost any career or business. And it’s a mistake to think that the pursuit of knowledge should be a solitary journey."

Project Highlight
In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
Brigitte worked closely with the Fundação Cidade de Lisboa to elevate their "Dicionário do Desenvolvimento" portal. Her goal? Make it easier for users to find and engage with educational resources. With no-code tools, she streamlined the directory, optimized how content was organized, and made everything more accessible from a user perspective. Her work wasn’t just noticed—it was celebrated.
