"I started thinking that I already knew a lot, that I just needed guidance to find the right path... And after all, I learned a lot in terms of no-code and I think I still have a lot, a lot, a lot to learn."
What Brigitte gained:
✅ A toolkit of no-code skills to build and optimize digital resources
✅ Confidence to approach projects with a user-first mindset
✅ A shift from solo work to thriving in community
✅ A project with real-world impact (see below)
Her biggest shift? Not feeling alone. "It was always a very lonely journey, and at this moment, I am aware that in the affliction, I will have someone who will be able to lend a hand."
In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
Brigitte worked closely with the Fundação Cidade de Lisboa to elevate their "Dicionário do Desenvolvimento" portal. Her goal? Make it easier for users to find and engage with educational resources. With no-code tools, she streamlined the directory, optimized how content was organized, and made everything more accessible from a user perspective. Her work wasn’t just noticed—it was celebrated.
"We are grateful for the opportunity given to Fundação Cidade de Lisboa to participate in this capacity-building process. It was a very useful project for us. Brigitte was always very available, flexible, and proactive, presenting us with a final proposal that effectively supported the improvement of our product—in this case, the organization of the educational resources available on the Dicionário do Desenvolvimento website, and the facilitation of their search from a user perspective."
