She stepped into the no-code world without fear. Now she’s using it to empower others.
Meet Noemí Rodríguez
Empath. Explorer. Always learning.
Noemí is a social worker by training, with a lifelong hunger to learn. She’s worked on youth participation projects in Spain and supported vulnerable communities in Lisbon—always with one goal in mind: helping people grow. When her job ended in late 2022, she didn’t panic—she got curious. She dove into massage, somatic sexuality, and then? Something totally new: the no-code universe.

Project Highlight
In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
During Descodifica-te, Noemí took on a challenge with real-world impact: building a digital toolkit for Ignite Portugal, a grassroots movement that empowers civic voices through community-led events.
Her mission? To make it easier for anyone, regardless of background or experience, to organize an Ignite event.
Project Features
