Francis came in with a bold idea: a digital platform to support people experiencing workplace harassment.
She had the vision.
She had the social mission.
What she didn’t have yet? The no-code skills to build it.
She assumed she’d leave with a rough roadmap—at best. “I thought I’d just get the steps to follow,” she said. “I never imagined I’d build the platform myself.”
Francis didn’t just learn no-code.
She activated it.
She built a working digital simulator to help users identify labor harassment, and even launched a marketplace connecting people to legal, psychological, and emotional support.
Her mindset shifted.
Her skill set exploded.
She discovered Airtable and fell in love with its power to organize, connect, and automate. She learned how to build CRMs. She supported a real client. And more importantly—she saw herself differently.
Airtable (data analysis + automation = dream combo)
Building her own digital simulator from scratch
Creating a mobile app from zero
That community learning fuels confidence and clarity
Francis is continuing to develop her platform, aiming to take it to the next level. She’s also exploring digital roles within impact-driven organizations—especially where customer journey meets technology.
Whether it’s project management, automation, or teaching others—she’s ready to blend digital with deeply human care.
In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
