Meet Francis Freitas
Educator. Analyst. Big-hearted builder of impact.
Francis, 46, has lived in Portugal for over seven years. Originally from Venezuela—with stops in Ecuador along the way—she’s worn many hats: researcher, sales supervisor, KPI analyst, and teacher. She holds a master's in branding, a degree in education and philosophy, and a deep passion for humanizing digital spaces.
When she joined the program, she was unemployed—but not uninspired.

In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
