At 38, Mireli Cunha Pereira had already lived a full professional life—15 years in gastronomy, 8 of them teaching pastry and breadmaking. But deep down, she knew she wanted something else. Something calmer. Something that didn’t involve 12-hour shifts on her feet.
She found it in tech—and a whole new version of herself.
