Alexandra wasn’t just looking to sharpen skills. She was thinking ahead.
“I decided to sign up for the program because I thought it would improve my technical skills at a digital level, but also eventually have a plan B here, to create a service provider and also help other entrepreneurs in their digital presence.”
She wanted to future-proof her skills, expand her digital toolbox, and gain the confidence to support others more fully. But like many, she also carried a few doubts about whether she was really ready to offer those services.
“I felt I already had some (good) skills, so the program validated those abilities—but I still need some experience to feel more confident delivering projects to clients.”
For Alexandra, Descodifica-te #2 wasn’t about reinvention. It was about stepping into what she already knew—louder, prouder, and with new tools in hand. Here’s what shifted:
✅ She explored no-code tools like Airtable, Glide, Gumroad, and Landbot
✅ Built her first interactive chatbot to guide potential clients through a tailored service journey
✅ Found structure and clarity in how to offer value as a freelancer
✅ Felt empowered, more confident in her skills, and ready to back herself professionally
She didn’t just leave with tech know-how—she left with momentum.

Facing mental exhaustion and being able to cope, not quitting
Sometimes you just need to value yourself more. Your skills, your knowledge, your potential.
Alexandra isn’t just coaching others through transformation—she’s living it.
After the program, she was invited to join the NoCode Institute team, where she now leads Student Success and content production, helping students grow with clarity and confidence.
Alongside that, she’s continuing to build her freelance path—helping entrepreneurs stand out online through personalised digital tools and support.
Her mission? To keep creating things that move people forward.
In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
One of Alexandra’s most meaningful contributions was building a Digital Career Accelerator for the NoCode Institute—an experience designed to guide students from self-doubt to clarity about their next professional step.
She created the full journey:
• A self-discovery quiz that sparks reflection.
• An email course that delivers value with every message.
• And 1:1 coaching sessions to bring it all together with personal insight.
It’s not just a tool. It’s a bridge—helping others feel seen, supported, and ready for what’s next.
Alexandra brought the project to life using tools like:
• Carrd for the Landing Page;
• Involve.me for the Quiz;
• Mailerlite for the emal course.
All of the components are seamlessly integrated with automations to create the illusion that you are in a single platform.
Alexandra didn’t wait to be “ready.” She backed herself, took the leap, and kept building. If you’re standing at a crossroads - curious, uncertain, or quietly dreaming - Descodifica-te might just be your next step too.
