With nearly 17 years in office management—handling everything from HR to finance to event planning—Alexandra knew how to run a tight ship. But what really lit her up? Helping others find their next step.
That’s why she started Tira da Gaveta—a mentorship and coaching project to help people discover new career paths and bring their entrepreneurial ideas to life.

Project Highlight
In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
One of Alexandra’s most meaningful contributions was building a Digital Career Accelerator for the NoCode Institute—an experience designed to guide students from self-doubt to clarity about their next professional step.
She created the full journey:
• A self-discovery quiz that sparks reflection.
• An email course that delivers value with every message.
• And 1:1 coaching sessions to bring it all together with personal insight.
It’s not just a tool. It’s a bridge—helping others feel seen, supported, and ready for what’s next.
