Deborah’s path didn’t start in tech.
She studied business communication, then found stable footing in sales and customer care.
But it wasn’t fulfilling—and it certainly wasn’t fair. Despite her best efforts, she felt invisible in her role.
She’d always had a thing for design and tech. A few side courses here and there. A growing passion. But turning that interest into a career? It felt out of reach. Until no-code came along.
“I had ups and downs. No code isn’t as easy as it might seem at first. But I discovered it’s so much more. It’s not just websites. It’s automation, databases, game design, apps. A whole new world.”
Deborah joined NoCode Institute’s Foundations program, and it clicked.
She realized she’d been using no-code tools without even knowing it.
No more endless tutorials. No more stalled transitions.
Through the program, she built real projects—including a full e-commerce site for a sustainable food brand.
She surprised herself. She stepped out of her comfort zone.
And she started seeing a path she could finally walk on—with confidence.

No code is powerful—but only if you go deep
Deborah’s not slowing down.
She’s still working her 9-to-5, but on the side?
She’s building websites, growing her skillset, and dreaming of going freelance one day.
More projects. More freedom. And a career that finally feels like hers.
In the final stage of the Cohorts, students have the opportunity to work in a real project to develop not only technical skills, but also soft skills like client management, problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation. Always with the support of our Mentors.
